Talent X7 Learning Agility Assessment

The TALENTx7 Assessment is a learning agility assessment that helps identify and develop high-potential talent:  

  • The assessment measures seven facets of learning agility, including cognitive perspective, interpersonal acumen, and environmental mindfulness. It also diagnoses behavioral tendencies and potential career derailers.

MBTI

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality assessment tool that helps people understand themselves and others. The MBTI is based on the theories of psychologist Carl Jung and is one of the most widely used psychological instruments in the world. The MBTI can help people: Increase self-awareness, Understand and appreciate differences in others, and Apply personality insights to improve personal and professional effectiveness.

DISC Assessments

A DISC assessment is a behavioral self-assessment tool that measures personality and behavioral style. The assessment is based on the DISC model, which categorizes people into four personality types:

  • Dominance (D): Strong-willed, direct, and forceful
  • Influence (I): Sociable, talkative, and lively
  • Steadiness (S): Gentle, accommodating, and soft-hearted
  • Conscientiousness (C): Private, analytical, and logical.

360 Assessments

A "360 assessment" is a performance evaluation method where an individual receives feedback on their work from multiple sources, including their manager, peers, direct reports, and sometimes even customers, providing a comprehensive view of their strengths and weaknesses from all angles, like the full circle of a 360 degrees; it's often used as a development tool to identify areas for improvement and enhance performance.

TKI- Conflict Assessment

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is a forced-choice assessment that identifies a person's preferred conflict-handling style. The TKI helps people understand how different conflict styles affect personal and group dynamics.

The TKI assesses five conflict-handling modes, or styles: avoiding, competing, accommodating, compromising, and collaborating.
