Allison Stinson is a leadership and organizational transformation advisor with 25+ years of experience partnering with executives to strengthen performance, alignment, and culture during periods of change. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and people—helping leaders clarify direction, mobilize teams, and build the capabilities required to execute. She brings a practical, results-driven approach shaped by global consulting, leadership development, and early experience in private banking and entrepreneurship. Allison holds an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership, a BA in Management and Communications, and is an ICF-certified coach with extensive training in leadership and assessment methodologies.
