At Emerge, we equip Human Resources professionals to move beyond transactional support and become transformational leaders. The HR as Coach program builds internal coaching capability within HR teams—empowering HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to influence change, unlock leadership capacity, and drive performance through strategic conversations.

What It Is

HR as Coach is a structured, practice-based training program that embeds coaching behaviors into the daily mindset, language, and actions of HR professionals. Through a series of immersive modules, peer coaching pods, and applied business scenarios, participants evolve from “HR support” to “trusted advisor and catalyst for transformation.”


This is not about turning HR into certified coaches—it’s about embedding coaching capability where it’s needed most: inside the system.

Program Outcomes

Participants will be equipped to:


- Adopt a coaching mindset that enables deeper partnership and influence
